I was Alyssa's direct manager in her role as Experience Designer at CVS Health. Alyssa is a fantastic team member, she supports and provides feedback to her peers regularly, participates in group design sessions and design sprints, whether it's for work she's directly responsible or not. She is a great thinking partner to her peers. Alyssa is a versatile designer who has a lot of experience running designer-led research using online user research tools, she is thorough and succinct in her analysis, recommendations, and readouts to stakeholders. She has contributed to a range of design work spanning early stage UX concepts, user research, wireframes, final visual designs, working with design systems, and supporting engineers through implementation. Alyssa is collaborative and open to feedback. She compromises in the right places, but holds her ground, advocating for users to maintain the integrity of the experience. I worked with Alyssa more than year in a project that we build a medical survey for chronic patients. What is important in a project like this is, finding solutions for hard user experience problems and technical problems that can be also implemented in a scalable way. Team work, constant discussions, working sessions are crucial. As a very seasoned UI architect I can say I was always impressed with the creative solutions Alyssa bring to the table.
